MISSION

Reduce unemployment in our targeted East Oakland community at 55th Avenue east to the Oakland-San Leandro border with emphasis on youth unemployment.

Primary Objective:To move Black Oakland from a post-Civil Rights Civil Rights footing to a post-Civil Rights business and economic footing centered on creating jobs and economic opportunity from community’s Annual Household Consumer Expenditures which for our targeted, largely Black  East Oakland community at 55th Avenue east to the Oakland-San Leandro border alone total $127,471,835.03 (Over 3.4 billion dollars).

Secondary objective: Implement our Youth Employment/Youth Employment Program to offer all youth ages 16 to 24 years of age in our targeted East Oakland community employment and/or employment development opportunities.
