• We are a Federal & State tax exempt Oakland based 501 (C) (3) non profit organization.
• Our primary mission is youth employment.
• Our plan goes beyond working on he youth unemployment problem to solving it.
• Our youth employment plan uniquely includes Job Creation for youth employment.
• Our plan provides for salary for youth upon entry into our Youth Employment/Youth employment Development Program either through immediate employment or while in training and/or employment readiness.
  
  
  OUR PRIMARY GOAL

Our primary goal is to implement our unique Youth Employment/Youth Employment Development Program that provides OJT, Apprenticeships and Vocational Training w/salary while in training for unemployed youth in our targeted area in East Oakland in order to stem the flow of area youth into the criminal justice and the return of these to the community as unemployable adults.
