THE KINTE CENTER'S TEN (10) POINT COMMUNITY BASED-COMMUNITY
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN

IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY

This Implementation Strategy will serve as a guide and offer bench mark measurements for implementing the Kinte Center’s ten (10) point Community Based-Community Economic Development Plan for the area bordered by 55th avenue east to the Oakland-San Leandro border. This area will hereinafter be referred to as the “CityEast” community (the targeted area)

  facades through the city’s business façade matching
